This agreement is an expression of the fact that I don\u2019t take you, us for granted,<\/strong> that love has not just happened to us, but we do love together.<\/strong> We are taking conscious steps to celebrate the beauty and freedom in our long-term commitment<\/strong>, where we both respect and listen to each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signing a relationship treaty is not for everyone. We haven’t written it down for 8 years of being together. But to enhance our partnership,<\/strong> we sat down and marked things down that bother us or we discuss over again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is just a guideline that gives us a chance to be open about our needs, values, desires, dreams, boundaries,<\/strong> feelings<\/strong> rather than blaming or attacking our partner. The deal works as a preparation for upcoming events in life, on principle \u201cdo your best approach,\u201d rather than \u201clook what is written here.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feel free to use and upgrade the agreement for your relationship.<\/strong> Start from bigger issues to smaller ones. Outline the first draft and then come together with your partner to share each other\u2019s opinions. Listen, consider possible compromises and solutions. Eventually, meet again, say after 3 months to review and evaluate the points.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
