I do relationship and sex coaching with the conviction that each of us deserves to live fulfilled relationships, ones where joy, understanding, touch and silence have a place. I coach so that you can reconnect, to yourself, to your partner or spouse, and to what is living, yearning, and perhaps even sleeping longer within you.
In my practice I create a supportive space for authenticity, vulnerability and playfulness. I guide individuals and couples in exploring an intimate world, without pressure, with respect and openness. I believe that sexuality is not about performance, but about living in the body, in connection and in the freedom to be yourself.
I am also passionate about relationship and sex education for young people and adults in the InTYMYta organisation. So that they can make informed, conscious and kind decisions in the area of relationships and sexuality.
And outside of work? I like to laugh, dance, swim, cook and taste, meditate and walk in the woods. I love life in all its forms, both in its chaos and in its stillness.
