Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply when shopping on my site:
Introductory provisions
- These terms and conditions are issued by a natural legal person:
Simona Mačorová as the managing director of Gaudium Studio s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), I.Olbrachta 1183/91, 02801, Trstená with VAT number SK2121415153.

These terms and conditions form an integral part of the purchase contract concluded between the buyer and the seller.
- The subject matter of the contract of sale is the services provided by the Seller.
- These terms and conditions specify the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller.
- By completing the order form (or application form), the buyer confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions and the complaints procedure and that he/she agrees with them.
Subject of the contract of sale
- The subject matter of the contract of sale is the services provided by the Seller.
- These services are trainings to improve relationships and sex life.
- In no case do these services replace professional medical care. By submitting the order form (or application form), the purchaser acknowledges that he/she is fully aware that he/she is responsible for his/her own health condition and that it is his/her responsibility to seek medical care if necessary.
- The buyer agrees to give the seller all information about his current and previous health. By completing the questionnaire on his health he declares that he has not concealed anything and that all the information is true and complete.
Order
- The Buyer orders the Seller’s services through the business system at https://simonamacorova.com in written form: by e-mail – via the order form (application form).
- Such an order (application) is considered binding and is in accordance with Act No. 108/2000 Coll. in the wording of later amendments and regulations shall be understood as a contract concluded at a distance.
- By entering into the Purchase Contract, the Buyer declares that he/she has read all the information regarding the services provided on the website https://simonamacorova.com.
- The buyer is obliged to fill in the order (application form) truthfully and completely and to check the correctness of all filled in data before sending it.
- The conclusion of the purchase contract occurs at the moment of delivery of the confirmation of receipt of the order sent by the Seller to the Buyer. The confirmation will be sent to the Buyer’s electronic address (e-mail) indicated in the order (application form).
- Upon delivery of the order confirmation from the Seller to the Buyer, the Purchase Contract is concluded and becomes legally binding for both the Seller and the Buyer. The Buyer and the Seller shall be entitled to the mutual rights and obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Purchase price and payment terms
- The purchase price for the services is indicated in the order form (or application form) on the website https://simonamacorova.com
- On the basis of the order, the Seller shall issue an advance invoice to the Buyer, which must be paid before delivery of the service. This advance invoice will be sent to the Buyer immediately upon receipt of the order (or application form) to the Buyer’s electronic address (e-mail).
- The advance invoice must be paid by the buyer in one lump sum. The option to pay the purchase price in instalments is not provided.
- The Buyer is entitled to choose between the options of paying the advance invoice by bank transfer or by depositing cash directly into the Seller’s account.
- On the basis of the conclusion of the purchase contract, the Seller shall issue the Buyer a tax document – an invoice containing all statutory requirements. The invoice will be sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address specified in the order immediately after receipt of payment.
- The Seller is subject to value added tax. All prices are final and include VAT.
- Services cannot be paid for in cash.
Delivery of the service
- The delivery date for group events is specified in the order form (or application form). By completing this form, the purchaser agrees to attend this date and is subject to the cancellation charges set out in these terms and conditions.
- The date of delivery of the service for a personal meeting will be agreed with the buyer after confirmation of the order. Upon receipt of the order, the Seller will contact the Buyer regarding the service delivery date.
- By mutual agreement, this date is binding and subject to the cancellation fees set out in these terms and conditions.
- Generally, the delivery time for private sessions is from 2 to 30 days from the date of order confirmation. In exceptional cases, when there is a high demand for the service, the delivery time may be longer.
- The delivery of the service is not tied to a specific person and is transferable.
- Change of place of delivery of the service reserved.
- If for any reason the agreed session or event is not held or rescheduled by the Seller and the Buyer is not happy with the alternative date, a full refund will be given.
Order cancellation and complaints
- The Seller points out that purchased services that do not require a deposit (registration fee) can be returned without a cancellation fee no later than 3 days prior to delivery of the service. The money will be transferred to the subscriber by bank transfer.
- The deposit (registration fee) is non-refundable.
- In the event that the Subscriber prepays the full amount for a service that requires a deposit (registration fee) and cancels the order more than 3 days prior to the delivery of the service, the Subscriber will be refunded the amount without the non-refundable deposit (registration fee).
- If the participant wishes to cancel the order less than 3 days before the delivery of the service, or does not attend the agreed date, he/she will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the service. This applies to all services, with or without a deposit (registration fee).
- The Participant may contact the Seller regarding cancellation of the order in writing by email at ahoj@simonamacorova.com. A credit note will then be issued, which must be signed by the Participant. Upon receipt of the signed credit note, an adequate amount will be sent to the Participant’s bank account within 14 days.
Privacy Policy
- By voluntarily filling in his personal data, the buyer agrees to the processing of these data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 122/2013 Coll.
- By completing the order form (or application form), the buyer agrees to receive commercial communications. The Seller informs the Buyers about its services, projects, promotions and discounts. Participation is voluntary. The Buyer may opt out of the mailing at any time.
- The Seller does not sell, trade or in any other way disclose the personal data of Buyers to third parties. Exceptions are verified and reliable partners who assist in the creation of websites, collaborate on projects and service them. These partners are bound by confidentiality, have agreed to keep the data secure and treat it as confidential.
- The transfer of personal data of buyers to state organizations is only on the basis of duly issued and legally valid legal decisions in accordance with the law of the Slovak Republic.
Final provisions
- The contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by the contents of the order sent by the Buyer from the website https://simonamacorova.com, these Terms and Conditions. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Slovak law.
- The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, of which the Buyer will be informed.
- These terms and conditions come into force on 1.1.2019.

If you are my customers, training recipients, newsletter subscribers or site visitors, you are entrusting me with your personal information.
